Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Moreover, the perfume bottle must remain at least 90% full, with no more than 10% used. All products should stay in their original packaging, undamaged, and in resellable condition. However, we cannot approve returns or exchanges for opened or heavily used items that exceed the usage limit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipping. Nevertheless, if your perfume arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so our team can verify it quickly. Once we confirm the problem, we will either arrange a replacement or process your refund at no additional cost.

Please note, unless the return results from our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Once our team receives and inspects your returned perfume, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days—provided all return conditions are met. However, keep in mind that shipping charges remain non-refundable.
